Son1 & 2 came home from school each with "Star of the Week" awards! Very proud of them.

Recently felt a paradigm shift in my attitude to others. Feeling a great deal more confident as a result, either that or too much coffee.

Watching "the day the sky exploded", the acting is incredible. Also I am not so convinced by the science behind the story.

One thing that cheered me up yesterday, a member of my team who hasn't seen me for a few months didn't recognise me since I lost weight :)

Spent the day in London for a meeting. Quite enjoyed the change of scene. As cynical as I am, I do love London (and LA).
