Paracetamol doesn't work, ibuprofen doesn't work, so this evening I will ease the pain in my shoulder with beer. Anyone coming?

My lovely wife let me sleep until I woke up this morning, 11am! Less pain as I got up which is reassuring that things are getting better.

Woke up in agony yet again, very draining. Getting me down, can't face months of this :(

I have new respect for people who have to do physiotherapy after an injury, for me it is like being put on a rack every 2 hours. Exhausting.

Off to hospital today for physio in prep for my nightmare economy trip to India. I pity the flight attendant who hits my arm with a trolley.
