Son1 & 2 came home from school each with "Star of the Week" awards! Very proud of them.

Recently felt a paradigm shift in my attitude to others. Feeling a great deal more confident as a result, either that or too much coffee.

Watching "the day the sky exploded", the acting is incredible. Also I am not so convinced by the science behind the story.

Sometimes walking away is the best course of action. I officially give up interacting with people that are emotionally draining.

One thing that cheered me up yesterday, a member of my team who hasn't seen me for a few months didn't recognise me since I lost weight :)

Spent the day in London for a meeting. Quite enjoyed the change of scene. As cynical as I am, I do love London (and LA).

Hit 175lbs, slowly increasing calories & exercise; mainly aerobic weights & running. Can even do 6 pull-ups now! Compared to 0.5 before :)

My wife and I ;) found an old suit & dress in the attic, as sported in a photo of us from 15 years back. Amazingly the clothes fit us again!

Sister-in-law lent me a classic novel which I had never read; "Le Grand Meaulnes" also known as "The Lost Domain". Highly highly recommended
